How far in advance do I need to contact you to stage a home for me?
When we work for investors, we generally know a project is coming down the line in the next month or two. Ideally, to work for individual clients, we need to know 3-4 weeks in advance. Professional home staging does take an investment of time and money to plan, organize, and implement. It’s totally worth the time it takes to see a beautiful finished product that is ready to sell quickly and for top dollar, easily making back the return on your investment.
Do I really need professional photographs taken?
Trust us when we say that your property might look like a million bucks, but if the photos are taken with a cell phone, it won’t do you any favors. Professional photographers have the ability and the equipment to get the job done right. We’d be happy to recommend our photographer to you.
Do I need to buy furniture?
No! That’s just one of the ways we can help you save money. We rent furniture at a reduced rate and you only pay for the time you have the furniture in your home.
What do I do on Staging Day?
Not a thing! You leave the work to us that day, and by evening you’ll be amazed at the results! (We’d tell you to resist the urge to come by, but we haven’t had a client yet who can!)
You say staging works. How do you know?
We have sold several of our personal properties over the years, and when they are staged, and are at the proper price point, we have had full price offers the first day of showings. Our repeat investor clients can attest to the benefits of staging their properties to sell quickly and at or near full price.
